Terms of Service
Effective: 21 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and 广州二四网络科技有限公司 ("we") about your use of Tokenman ("the service"). By signing in you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What the service is
The service runs AI coding sessions for you on machines we host, and lets you watch and drive them from a browser, a terminal or a phone. A session draws on the subscription quota we assign to you, metered by what you actually use.
2. Your account
- You sign in with WeChat, email or GitHub. An account is for you alone: do not transfer it, lend it or share it.
- Keep your sign-in safe; anything done with your account is treated as done by you.
- A trial account has a time and quota limit. When it ends, its sessions stop and its quota is withdrawn; becoming a full member needs an admin's approval.
- When you ask for a web page during a trial, a LivePage account is opened for you with your WeChat (the same identity the 「二四网络科技」 service account knows) and your pages go there, visible only to you by default; after the trial they are kept on LivePage for 30 days, and you can close the LivePage account to delete them at once.
3. How you may use it
You may use the service for lawful software development, learning and research. You may not:
- break the laws of the People's Republic of China, or infringe anyone's rights (intellectual property and privacy included);
- create, store or spread unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
- attack, scan or disrupt the service or any third party's systems, or get around quota, metering or permission limits;
- mine cryptocurrency, send bulk messages, register accounts in bulk, or resell quota;
- break the usage policies of the AI model providers you use.
If we find a use that breaks these rules, we may suspend or end your sessions and your account.
4. Your content
The code, conversations and files you make in a session are yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your own backups of anything important: a session's machine and working directory may be cleared by maintenance, expiry or clean-up.
5. Changes and interruptions
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not promise it will never stop or err; maintenance, upgrades or a third party's outage (a model provider, a cloud provider) may pause it. We may change features, quotas and rules, and will tell you in the service ahead of an important change.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss from using or being unable to use the service, nor for the accuracy of what an AI model produces - check generated code before you rely on it.
7. Changes to these terms and ending them
When we change these terms we update this page and its date; using the service after a change means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time (see section 5 of the Privacy Policy).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. A dispute is first settled by talking; failing that, it goes to a competent people's court in Guangzhou.
9. Contact
Follow the WeChat official account 二四网络科技 and leave a message; we answer within 15 working days.
